At Zensar Technologies, I lead the design and implementation of Commercial Lending solutions on nCino Bank Operating System, supporting loan origination and servicing. I developed Credit Memo functionality to automate credit reviews and redesigned loan approval workflows with routing based on loan amount thresholds.
Previously, I delivered nCino lending solutions at Accenture for Emirates Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and SVB Financial Group. My work included lending modules, Salesforce automation, security configuration, and supporting the loan lifecycle from origination through disbursement.
