At Kirana Club (Acquired by Meesho), I redesigned PLP cards and checkout hierarchy, lifting purchase conversion 53% in six weeks. I also designed a wallet ecosystem that increased the share of first-time users placing a fourth order by 22%.
At InterviewReady, I was the sole design driver as the platform grew to 112,000+ users and reached ₹50 Lakh in single-day revenue. I built an end-to-end gamified practice platform that contributed 20% of total revenue and drove thousands of daily practice sessions.
