I’m a Computer Science graduate transitioning into analyst roles, bringing a strong foundation in QA workflows, SQL-driven performance analysis, and data-informed decision-making.

In my Team Lead role on the Ingersoll Rand project, I led a cross-functional team of 4+ members, defining quality benchmarks and tracking delivery metrics across sprint cycles. I owned bug triage and defect prioritization, analyzed issue patterns to reduce resolution time, and produced performance diagnostic reports that translated technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

As a PHP Developer at Machtig Solutions (on behalf of Ingersoll Rand), I analyze and optimize SQL queries and MySQL database schemas to improve data retrieval performance and system efficiency. I collaborate with product and business teams to gather requirements, monitor application performance via REST APIs, develop custom modules in Drupal, Symfony, and Yii2, and document root cause analyses with process-improvement recommendations.

Earlier, as a QA Tester for Apex Legends Mobile at Electronic Arts, I executed structured test plans, performed cross-device compatibility analysis, and delivered clear feedback to support release readiness. I’m actively completing a Certification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IIT Roorkee) to formalize my analytical expertise, and I enjoy building data tools like a dynamic pricing engine and F1 telemetry performance analysis to drive practical insights.
