At OpenText, I built a Paramiko-based SSH automation framework for secure remote execution across distributed telecom nodes. I also developed an alarm validation pipeline that classifies severity, escalates alarms, and supports resolution, replacing manual analyst triage.
I developed backup monitoring and file lifecycle automation for OSS environments, and provided Tier-2 production support. Earlier, as a Web Developer Intern at Niscom Tele Infra, I redesigned the front end and integrated analytics into the Crystal Project.
