At Blinkit, I lead design across supplier-facing enterprise and self-serve products. I defined the supplier contracting and payments experience, digitising 2,000+ contracts and moving all supplier payments in-house.
I also designed and shipped an AI-assisted invoice platform with human review, processing 12,000 invoices a day. It reduced monthly costs from INR 50L to INR 12L and turnaround from 4.5 hours to 30 minutes.
At Procol, I redesigned supplier mobile and bidding workflows, increasing engagement by 20% and bid participation by 30%. I also built Notely, an AI meeting copilot, and CreatorHQ, a creator-marketing workspace adopted by agencies and creators.
