I also supported Oil & Gas projects, coordinating customer billing, cost tracking, bank guarantees, and commercial compliance.
Across these roles, I’ve worked on project finance, treasury, financial models, and banking facilities, while ensuring IFRS and tax compliance. I secured AED 8.7 million in variation claims through project documentation and introduced subcontractor certification SOPs that prevented overbilling and saved AED 11.5 million.
Earlier, at HiTechConcreteProductsLLC and other finance roles, I managed reporting, project accounting, budgets, cash flow, and financial controls. I also delivered AED 7.8 million in annual savings through process re-engineering and supplier renegotiation, and reduced inventory holding from 210 to 140 days.
