At Innovative Business Concepts, I tested the HERRC public healthcare system for an emergency project in New York City. I created test plans, scripts, and cases from functional specifications, BRDs, and presentation decks.
I perform end-to-end, functional, system, regression, UI, exploratory, smoke, and UAT testing; track defects through resolution; and support production deployments. I also build Page Object Model test frameworks with Python, use SQL and Salesforce Report Builder, and support CI/CD processes with GitHub and Jenkins.
