At EnerMech India Pvt Ltd, I led a working capital transformation initiative that reduced DSO from 148 to 110 days in three months, unlocking significant cashflow and restoring investor confidence.
I developed enterprise-level Power BI dashboards for AR, AI and GP by job, giving global and regional CEOs and CFOs real-time visibility. I also prepared ROCE and board-level reporting packs, KPIs and asset ROI analysis.
At Ipsos India Pvt Ltd, I led the turnaround of the Bulgaria COE through gap analysis and operational redesign, achieving 120% turnover. I also developed the CEEME region’s Balanced Scorecard framework and led the work to achieve ISO 20252:2006 certification across India after a merger.
As an independent external consultant, I conducted an enterprise-wide audit and gap assessment across operations, finance and sales, then defined a transformation roadmap with KPIs, controls and milestone tracking.
