At Banner Health, I triage security alerts across SIEM tools and investigate suspicious activity, including phishing attempts, malware detections, and anomalous network traffic.
I analyze suspicious files and URLs in sandbox environments to identify indicators of compromise and malware behavior. I also use reputation tools to assess IPs, URLs, and files, and map findings to MITRE ATT&CK.
I follow incident response procedures, document investigations, and take containment actions when required. Earlier at Banner Health, I provided Tier 1 IT support; at Assurion, I supported customers with mobile device, software, and network issues.
