What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply CAD, fabrication, FEA, and analytical problem-solving to practical engineering projects, while continuing to grow through hands-on design, manufacturing, innovation, and cross-functional teamwork.

I've developed practical mechanical solutions, including Misters, an automated evaporative cooling system that improves outdoor-unit heat rejection and reduces compressor load. My HVAC innovation won first place among 66 teams from 16 universities across Pakistan.

For my final-year project, I converted an FDM 3D printer into a dual-function PCB plotting and drilling machine. I built a Gerber-to-G-code workflow with custom Marlin firmware integration, reduced toolhead weight by 33%, and delivered boards at roughly 80% less cost than commercial outsourcing.

At Heavy Mechanical Complex Taxila, I gained hands-on exposure to fabrication, machining, CNC operations, welding, technical drawing reviews, dimensional inspection, and NDT methods. I've also supported market research and website usability analysis at NSTP, while freelancing as a photo editor and data analyst.
