I’m a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer specializing in aerospace design and analysis. I build complex 3D models and turn design intent into verifiable results through FEA and multibody dynamics.
In my current role as a Design Officer at an aerospace design center, I develop 30+ detailed CAD models using CATIA V5, improving design accuracy while reducing rework. I run finite element analysis for linear and nonlinear problems, mesh complex geometries, and perform multibody dynamics using MSC Adams and Ansys.
I also bring a strong foundation in GD&T, structural analysis, and technical documentation. I communicate design concepts and analysis outcomes through detailed technical reports and documentation that support manufacturing, analysis, and review requirements.
Additionally, I have gained industry experience through pipeline manufacturing and oil and gas plant maintenance work, including weld quality inspection, NDT-oriented reporting, and condition monitoring using vibration analysis, thermography, and lube oil analysis.
