I am an experienced Data Scientist and IT Support professional with a strong background in data analysis and machine learning. My journey began with a passion for technology and problem-solving, leading me to deliver comprehensive IT support services at The University of Nairobi. Here, I managed and maintained IT infrastructure while assisting clients in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.

My expertise extends to building machine learning models, including a notable project on fraud detection using supervised learning algorithms. I have also worked on various Natural Language Processing projects, focusing on text classification and named entity recognition. With a Data Science Certification from Zindua School and an Advanced Diploma from the Kenya School of Professional Studies, I am committed to leveraging my skills in Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to drive impactful results.
