I help businesses improve their websites, organize information, and simplify repetitive work. My experience includes building and maintaining tools for staff records, reports, and scheduled online posts.

I created and maintained an employee attendance system for recording attendance, reviewing changes, and preparing payroll calculations and reports. I organized records by branch and added Excel exports for managers.

I also built a tool for reusing prepared posts and choosing where and when they appear. It includes checks before posting and a history of completed and failed actions.

I start by understanding the task and agreeing on the expected result. I use suitable tools, including AI when appropriate, check accuracy and function before delivery, and provide written updates and clear instructions.
