What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design auditable SQL Server systems with Excel/VBA front ends, partner closely with users, and automate recurring work end to end—so teams spend less time manually reconciling data.

I’m a database developer and Microsoft SQL Server-focused Database Administrator who builds Excel/SQL Server tracker platforms for projects, finances, and manufacturing. I work with users to understand their workflows, then design tools that remove recurring manual effort—while keeping data centralized in SQL Server as the single source of truth.

My core strength is pairing strong SQL Server engineering (database design, reporting, stored logic, and full audit history) with Excel/VBA front ends where Excel acts as a thin client. I’ve delivered systems that include validation checks, automated loads, alerts, and cell-level change history, so everyone can trust what’s happening and why.

I’ve led high-impact builds such as a commission platform supporting 700+ sales reps that replaced IBM Varicent and eliminated over a million dollars in third-party software costs. I also founded Office Expander to create Excel add-ins, and I’ve been recognized as a consistently trusted technical resource—described as “Consistently Exceeds Requirements” in my most recent performance review.
