I’m a results-driven SharePoint Administrator and Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, administering, and scaling SharePoint Online environments for enterprise clients. I’ve led enterprise-level SharePoint Online-to-Online migrations using Sharegate, managing complex transfers like URL mapping and metadata preservation while ensuring zero data loss and minimal business disruption. I engineer document management systems with advanced metadata tagging, version control, and role-based access control, and I’ve built end-to-end solutions such as a CAPEX management system using Power Platform and SharePoint Online.

I also establish governance frameworks—permission models, site lifecycle policies, sensitivity labels, and IRM configurations—and configure access controls with Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and conditional access for least-privilege access. Across multiple concurrent client projects, I mentor junior developers, deliver post-implementation support and training, and create SPFx (React/TypeScript) and Microsoft Graph integrations to keep solutions reliable and adoption-ready.
