I'm looking to partner with leadership on strategic planning, operational decision-making, investment prioritization, and scalable FP&A processes that improve growth, accountability, and financial performance.

I've built corporate planning, forecasting, and executive reporting at Thorne HealthTech across 42 departments and a $450M+ operating budget, supporting growth from roughly $300M to $600M+ in gross sales. I partnered with the CFO, CEO, CMO, GTM/Sales, IT, and department leaders on resource allocation, M&A, ERP, and investment decisions.

At Standard AI and Nuvolo, I connected SaaS metrics—including ARR, MRR, bookings, CAC, LTV, churn, pricing, COGS, and sales productivity—to budgets, long-range plans, Board reporting, and operating decisions. My work included a cost-per-transaction model that improved pricing accuracy by approximately 28% and identified about $16M in incremental run-rate opportunity.

I build practical FP&A routines from the ground up: driver-based models, rolling forecasts, ROI frameworks, cash forecasts, and clear leadership reporting that improves accountability and helps teams make better decisions.
