At Centradi, I managed the technology department and configured MikroTik switches and routers. I documented the network in topology diagrams and managed six Linux telephony servers running Asterisk PBX.
I automated status checks for 400 devices with Python, eliminating three hours of manual work per day, and developed a Python API for customer lookups through banks’ REST APIs. I also administered a MySQL database and used its data to create Excel spreadsheets and VBA macros for daily sales and employee goal tracking.
