At Inspection and Laboratory Services Panama, S.A. (INSLAB), I coordinate inspection and laboratory operations at two port terminals, assigning people and resources in line with accredited procedures.
I led the attainment and maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17020:2012 accreditation before Panama's National Accreditation Council. My work includes the internal audit program, document control, and follow-up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
I manage operational and commercial relationships with traders and international inspection companies, and prepare activity costing and profitability analyses. I also support invoicing and collections and provide operational and management reporting.
Previously, at Robinson International (Panama) S.A., I coordinated inspection logistics with offices, clients, and correspondents in the United States and Ecuador. My experience also includes marine cargo inspection under API MPMS standards and ASTM methods, back-office administration, and operational process automation.
