At Artos Software, I built Shopify apps including STOQ and Filemonk, connecting merchant storefronts with internal and third-party systems. I also shipped end-to-end multi-language support and built an AI-assisted copilot to help the internal support team debug merchant issues.
I rebuilt STOQ and Filemonk’s CSV import UI and backend processing, improving import speed and reducing support tickets related to large-file uploads. Before that, at BigBinary, I worked on real-time collaborative editing for neetoInvoice and neetoKB using React, Rails, and WebSockets.
At BigBinary, I also designed and migrated backend APIs, raised test coverage to 90%+, and upgraded a production Rails application from 5.0 to 6.0. My research project on converting lip-reading to text was presented at ICCCNT and published in IEEE.
