I advise on cross-border tax policy issues including OECD Local File documentation, intangibles, intragroup services, royalty and management-fee models, customer referrals, and subsidiary transaction structures. My work has included clients in the Middle East, Singapore, Kenya, and industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to luxury products.
Previously at K.C. Mehta & Co., I conducted transfer pricing audits, benchmarked international transactions, prepared Master Files and Country-by-Country Reports, and advised on DTAA and withholding-tax considerations. I also train and manage teams while handling multiple deadlines efficiently.
