At Ernst & Young LLP, I prepare transfer pricing documentation and Form 3CEB for clients, primarily in IT/ITES and Marketing Support Services. I also prepare Master filing and global transfer pricing documentation for the Philippines and Jamaica, coordinating with global EY teams.
I conduct benchmarking analysis, margin computations, and FAR evaluations using Indian comparable data to support transfer pricing positions in assessment proceedings. I also manage DRP and ITAT submissions, coordinate with counsels and registry offices, and respond to assessment notices.
Earlier, as an Article Assistant at K C Mehta & Co LLP, I conducted comparable research using Prowess and supported seniors with transfer pricing reports and litigation submissions. I also assisted with statutory audits and conducted internal audits for clients across several industries.
