I’m seeking a Tax Head / Senior Manager – Tax & TP role in an MNC India entity, with ownership of tax governance, compliance and litigation.

At BBSR & Associates LLP (KPMG India), I’m the project owner and primary contact for a set of MNC clients, leading tax strategy, litigation, governance and compliance. I partner with CFOs on budgeting, forecasting, pricing and supply-chain planning.

At Price Waterhouse & Co LLP (PwC India), I established repeatable processes for tax entries, deferred tax working, provisioning and reporting. I also contributed to the firm’s Gen-AI Harvey project and received recognition for AI tool adoption and critical assignments.

At BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG), I was a key contributor to India’s first APA on Marketing Intangibles (AMP issue), giving the client long-term tax certainty. I advised on tax positions affecting P&L, product margins and transfer pricing models.
