Reshma P

I’m a B.Tech CSBS student focused on building reliable software with strong foundations in Java, Python, DSA, and web technologies. I enjoy turning problems into working products while continuously learning emerging tools and frameworks.

Through internships, I developed both full-stack and ML solutions. At Infosys, I built a MERN stack Employee Bench Resource Allocation System as Scrum Master, driving sprint planning and coordinating delivery across frontend and backend modules in an Agile environment.

I also implemented supervised and unsupervised ML workflows at Trios Technologies using Python with scikit-learn and pandas, taking projects from preprocessing through model evaluation. In hackathons and academic work, I’ve built a multi-format data ingestion pipeline with interactive EDA dashboards and an AI tool for YouTube transcription and summarization using the Google Gemini API.

I care about practical engineering—clean APIs, end-to-end pipelines, and data quality—and I’m motivated by roles that combine software development with AI/ML problem solving.
