I'm currently engineering development wells in YPFB Andina's SRB-MMR Block and supporting the IÑAU-X3D exploratory well. I develop Basis of Design documents, drilling programs, risk assessments, and MOC while serving as Contract Holder for drilling rigs and critical services.

Across Repsol, Pluspetrol, Schlumberger, and YPFB Andina, I've led drilling, workover, snubbing, rigless, and directional drilling operations in Bolivia, Argentina, and Russia. I've supervised more than 20 rigless interventions, managed HPHT wells up to 22,500 ft TD, operated 3,000 HP rigs and 15K psi BOP systems, and helped deliver zero lost-time incidents across consecutive years.

I use Landmark EDM, Power BI, Advanced Excel, real-time monitoring, AI-driven workflows, and predictive models to reduce non-productive time, control costs, and improve well construction performance. I also created Cronicas del Perforador to share analysis, news, AI and ML advances, and historical facts about Bolivia's oil and gas industry.
