I'm seeking AI video specialist work focused on real estate developments, subdivisions, and virtual avatars.

I work across AI video, marketing, and web development, with over 23 years of experience in web design, marketing, and AI. My current focus is AI video production and strategy for real estate developments and subdivisions, including virtual avatars.

I use tools such as Magnific, Kling, Morphix, HeyGen, and CapCut AI to create and edit audiovisual content, integrating AI workflows into traditional production. My work in marketing, branding, and digital entertainment has focused on reducing operational costs and accelerating production cycles without compromising creative quality.
