At Cloudera, I own the customer console and the workflow services behind it, from service boundaries and API compatibility to production behavior. I built REST contracts and microservices in ASP.NET Core, and connected background work through SQS, SNS, and EventBridge with safe retries and duplicate handling.
I run these services on AWS using Docker, ECS, EKS, and Terraform. I also own their GitHub Actions CI/CD path and use OpenTelemetry in production monitoring and incident response.
At Closeloop Technologies, I worked as a consulting software engineer across client products, designing APIs and service boundaries that clients could release independently. I delivered interfaces in React and TypeScript, as well as Angular and Vue where clients already used them.
Across Cloudera and client work, I’ve shipped production systems with SQL Server and Oracle, and contributed to RAG pipelines, LangGraph flows, and Model Context Protocol integrations. Earlier, at SilverTech and Zco Corporation, I built internal applications and product features with C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
