I’m a Detail-oriented Environmental Management graduate and HSE professional with practical experience in safety documentation, risk assessment support, compliance monitoring, and environmental record keeping. I maintain SHE files, incident registers, audit documentation, and safety training records, and I’m currently pursuing a NEBOSH International Diploma.

At Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA), I maintained and updated SHE files and compliance documentation, recorded incidents and near misses, and tracked corrective actions. I conducted hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA), maintained risk registers, prepared safety reports for management review, and coordinated SHE Committee documentation and meeting minutes.

In my internship at Pajena Investments, I supported workplace hazard monitoring and compliance requirements by updating inspection checklists and safety records. I also captured environmental and safety data for reporting and assisted in compiling reports for internal audits, and I’m now seeking a SHE & ESG Clerk role to support compliance tracking, sustainability reporting, and governance documentation processes.
