I'm seeking an opportunity in a technology-driven organization where I can apply my analytical, communication, AI, data engineering, and cloud skills while continuing to grow.

I'm pursuing a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (AI) at Techno India University, with a strong interest in AI, data science, and technology-driven work.

At Lorax Financial Services, I handled inbound and outbound loan-account queries and supported end-to-end collections, including follow-ups, repossession coordination, and documentation.

I maintained CRM records for customer interactions, payment statuses, and repo activities while coordinating with field teams and internal departments to improve collection efficiency.

I've completed virtual internships in Data Engineering and Intelligent Automation, along with AWS Academy cloud coursework. I bring communication, process documentation, client relationship management, and foundational Java, C, AWS, and data engineering knowledge.
