I'm looking for an opportunity where I can apply my documentation, customer support, coordination, and communication skills while learning, contributing to a collaborative team, and growing professionally.

I've prepared structured, student-ready study materials at Khan Global Studies, handling document formatting, layout design, content alignment, and quality checks for print and digital resources.

At Ferns & Petals, I handled 100+ customer interactions and closed 80+ tickets daily, coordinating orders and resolving queries, complaints, and service requests professionally. I've also taught shorthand at Prayag Computer Centre, helping students develop speed, accuracy, and practical application.

Alongside my work, I've led HR and PR activities for Girl Up Ameya, supported outreach and community initiatives, and volunteered with NCC Hansraj College.
