Reethika Chitithoti
@reethikachitithoti
UX Designer at Grid Dynamics who designed AI hiring tools screening 650+ candidates and an enterprise no-code SDK builder.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Grid Dynamics, I’m the sole designer for the AI Interviewer, an internal AI hiring tool. I designed candidate assessment and TA dashboards, then ran POC testing and TA interviews for an MVP that shipped in about six weeks. TA reported that it screened 650+ candidates and saved 400+ engineer hours.
I’m also the sole designer on SDK Manager, an enterprise no-code SDK builder. I designed templates, catalogs and configuration history, and proposed reusable static components that replaced repeated builds across 18–24 screens. The platform cut SDK build time from 2–3 weeks to 3–4 days.
Alongside a senior designer, I designed AI pet-health tools across about 10 brands, including feedback forms to investigate drop-off and a consolidated result card. I bring an M.Des in Human-Centered Design and an engineering background, with experience spanning research, interaction design and developer specs.
