I am an MSc-qualified business and organisational psychology professional with practical experience supporting assessments, recruitment coordination, and confidential record management. My academic background includes a BPS- and ABP-accredited MSc and a dissertation on diverse workgroups and creativity.

I have coordinated high-volume recruitment workflows, scheduled interviews across time zones, and managed candidate communication and trackers during an HR internship that screened 500+ candidates. I also supported structured assessments and documentation during clinical placement, developing strong ethical and note-taking practices.

In hybrid and remote roles I have managed digital reservation systems, resolved stakeholder issues, and assisted onboarding and peer training. I am building technical readiness through formal training in psychometric assessment, test administration, and people analytics.
