Reece Rodrigues

I’m an MSc Artificial Intelligence student at King’s College London with industry experience at Societe Generale and King’s. I bring strong full-stack development skills alongside practical AI/ML work across computer vision, NLP, XAI, and fraud detection.

At King’s, I contribute backend development for the Strype educational software project. I designed and maintained database workflows for non-personal user activity statistics, and I turned aggregate usage insights into actionable recommendations for feature and performance planning.

At Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, I built and tested frontend and backend services and designed REST APIs that improved cross-service data accuracy. I resolved 15+ production incidents using UAT, Jenkins, Swagger, and CI/CD quality checks, and I identified and fixed SQL injection vulnerabilities with SonarQube/JFrog-backed remediation workflows.

As a Full Stack Developer Intern at Capabl.io, I delivered two end-to-end projects in a rapid sprint cycle using Python and full-stack integration. My projects reflect my interests in production-ready AI—such as a multi-agent, vision-and-retrieval clinical decision-support workflow (LiveRecall) and a fraud transaction detection pipeline using SMOTE—and I’m currently pursuing an MSc thesis exploring ensemble methods with explainable AI for transparent phishing detection. I’m now pursuing AI Engineering roles focused on practical ML and explainable AI.
