What I'm looking for

I'm looking for mechanical design and product development work where I can create practical, manufacturable products, collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers, and improve performance, reliability, and cost.

I've designed and optimized mechanical components for industrial machinery and consumer products at Exxin Technology Center, focusing on functional, reliable, and manufacturable designs.

I translate concepts and requirements into detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorks, CATIA V5, and AutoCAD. I use simulation and stress analysis to evaluate mechanical performance and support design decisions against safety and performance requirements.

I work closely with manufacturing teams and suppliers to verify feasibility and support practical production solutions.

I believe strong mechanical design starts with understanding real-world constraints. I focus on precise geometry, tolerances, interfaces, design reviews, and iteration to create products that can be manufactured, assembled, tested, and maintained.
