I seek roles that combine clinical leadership, quality management, and health systems strengthening in mission-driven, collaborative organizations focused on equitable care.

I am a dynamic and compassionate Medical Doctor with over five years of international experience across clinical care, health operations, and global health communication in Ethiopia and the UAE.

I have led and mentored multidisciplinary teams of over 130 staff, authored a hospital Quality Management Manual and SOP framework, and directed operational restructuring to improve service coordination and efficiency.

I have delivered 2,000+ hours of international medical interpretation, trained healthcare workers in neonatal care and emergency response, and led frontline COVID-19 response and infection prevention efforts.

I have published six peer-reviewed studies, hold certifications including ACLS and BLS, and am passionate about advancing universal health coverage through roles with UN agencies, global NGOs, and international health initiatives.
