Rebecca Wieand

I am a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Political Science from FAU's Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College. I bring hands-on campaign experience and a clear focus on coordinating events that engage communities.

On a judicial campaign I managed operations, implemented a demographics-sorting program to build a voter registration database, trained staff on its use, and organized six campaign events across various settings.

My campus and work roles include housing desk assistant duties—supervising dorm access, assisting students, and monitoring security cameras—and service industry experience as a barista and cashier where I trained new employees and handled registers independently.

I was a Moot Court finalist in 2023 and have led teams as a student manager for a high school football team, demonstrating leadership, event logistics, and a strong aptitude for public speaking, writing, and administrative tasks.
