I’m a Software Developer with 4 years of experience at IBM, building web and mobile solutions for the banking sector. In my Junior Application Developer role, I developed an Angular + TypeScript web portal for Bradesco Contact Center employees and integrated it with Genesys Cloud using the Embeddable Framework, while implementing UI aligned with the client’s design system.
