What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my expertise in health education and research while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

I am a bilingual PhD in Science with a Master's in Biomedical Sciences and over 15 years of experience in health education, academic research, and scientific writing. My journey has been marked by a commitment to developing educational tools and advising research projects, particularly in the fields of microbiology, immunology, neuroscience, and public health.

As a Full-Time Professor at Universidad del Valle de México, I teach courses in Immunology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Pathology. I have successfully advised over 30 student theses and research posters for national events, and I actively participate in various research and ethics forums. My role as an organizer for events like Brain Awareness Week showcases my dedication to promoting accessible science and remote education.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have experience as a Scientific Translator and Workshop Instructor, where I designed interactive science workshops for children and youth. I am passionate about making science engaging and accessible to all, and I continuously seek opportunities to contribute to the academic community.
