What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role in healthcare administration or customer service where I can apply EHR, HR and operations skills, receive mentorship, grow into management, and contribute to efficient, patient-centered service delivery.

I am a healthcare management graduate with hands-on experience in patient administration and retail customer service.

During my attachment at Goodhope Primary Hospital, I collaborated with human resources to streamline leave processes and maintained electronic health records. I also produced admission and discharge reports, assisted inventory control, and supported financial documentation.

In my current role as a cashier at Sefalana Shopper, I process transactions, manage cash reconciliations, and handle returns and promotional pricing to enhance customer satisfaction. I also assist in training new cashiers and maintain an organized checkout environment.

I bring strong Microsoft Office, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, and I am passionate about improving operational efficiency and patient/customer satisfaction while continuing to grow professionally.
