I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician and Store Associate who focuses on creating a positive, dependable experience for customers and teams. I’m known for great communication, exceptional customer service, and an excellent work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

In my current role at CVS, I fill prescriptions, handle prescription pick up/returns, check medication expiration dates, and research patient profiles. I also resolve potential service issues, manage accurate cash handling (including register and drawer closeouts), support online order processing, and assist with UPS shipping services.

Previously at Claire’s, I served as a Key Holder/Store Associate—driving retail target sales, processing piercing registration forms, receiving and inspecting shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting opening and closing store activities. I bring training with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, plus strong attention to detail in inventory, sales floor upkeep, and daily operations.
