I’m a dedicated business process outsourcing professional and educator who focuses on meeting company and client goals through consistent, organized practices. I work well under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and use interpersonal skills to support organizational and client success.

As a teacher, I assist education for every student—especially those with special needs—by creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. I promote student engagement, confidence, independence, communication, and life skills through structured, student-focused learning.

I use positive behavior management and collaborate with parents, special education teachers, therapists, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). I monitor student progress with accurate records and apply differentiated instruction and personalized support, adapting strategies, materials, and assessments to different abilities and learning styles.

I also bring mentoring and organization skills, including nurturing and mentoring every athlete and providing organized lessons that keep students well oriented. I aim to leverage my teaching background, problem-solving, and time management—along with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe editing tools, and Canva—to contribute wherever I’m needed.
