I’m an Aviation Specialist and HR Operations Leader with 23+ years of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, specializing in aircraft manufacturing, quality assurance, training, and project execution under stringent timelines. I’ve led indigenization efforts for aerospace components and built workforce capability through structured training and succession planning.

Across my career, I directed the design, development, and certification of 700+ aircraft spares, and coordinated compliance oversight to deliver 60+ fighter and trainer aircraft to operational units. I also led ERP deployment (EMMS) to transform asset and personnel tracking from manual to digital with 100% accuracy, and optimized Mi-17 V5 helicopter servicing workflows to achieve significant man-hour savings. Recognized with “Best in Quality Assurance” (2019) and “Best in Indigenization” (2021, 2022), I direct QA and defect investigation teams, enforce corrective actions, and ensure readiness through rigorous audits aligned to CEMILAC/DGAQA standards.
