I’m seeking to leverage my paralegal expertise in a remote setting—drafting and proofreading contracts and transactional documents, performing factual investigations, and keeping organized case files to support legal teams effectively.

I’m a hardworking paralegal with 1 year of experience collaborating with attorneys to draft legal documents and maintain organized case files across all 50 states. I bring strong attention to detail, effective client communication, and the ability to perform factual investigations while providing general legal advice within scope.

In my current role as a Paralegal, I collaborate with attorneys to draft contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents for entity formations, cleanups, and dissolutions across all 50 states. I maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files for easy retrieval, serve as a point of contact for client updates and general legal advice within paralegal scope, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Before and alongside my paralegal work, I’ve built strong people skills through student support and teaching. As an TRiO SSS Intake Coordinator, I assessed students’ needs and monitored progress toward graduation requirements while strengthening relationships across campus. As an Intervention Teacher, I developed lesson plans, used hands-on and multimedia methods, and supported students with special needs through evidence-based interventions and accommodations.
