I’m a detail-oriented bookkeeper with 20+ years of accounting experience and almost 3 years of remote bookkeeping for US client accounts using QuickBooks Online. I currently manage live client books in a cloud-based environment, and I’m fully comfortable running the workflow during graveyard shift hours.

I bring direct exposure to full remote bookkeeping workflows, multi-client management, and asynchronous client communication. I’m certified in QuickBooks Online (ProAdvisor Level 1 & Level 2), Xero (L1 Certified Associate & L2 Professional), and Intuit Bookkeeping—so I can deliver accurate, timely books regardless of platform.

My core strengths include accounts receivable, reconciliation, P&L reporting, and financial cleanup. I work with ASC 606 (construction revenue recognition) and ASC 842 (leases), handling project-based cost accounting, revenue recognition, right-of-use asset monitoring, lease liability tracking, and balance sheet compliance.

Earlier in my career, I managed the AR lifecycle at Riverside Medical Center, Inc., using end-of-month aging reports to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow. Before that, I handled full-cycle bookkeeping at PJL Marketing, Inc., including operating expense management, audit-ready ledger maintenance, end-to-end payroll administration, and VAT documentation for timely Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) submission.
