What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a safety and risk role where I can lead OSHA/federal compliance, run audits and incident investigations, and coach practical field safety habits across teams and sites.

I’m a safety and risk professional with 18 years of state and federal operations, focused on hazard assessment, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation.

In my current role, I oversee daily occupational safety and administrative operations for federal programs, ensuring team activities meet state and federal safety standards while coordinating safety planning for complex projects. I also manage property and fleet programs to support operational safety and review budgets and vendor performance for safety-related contract compliance.

Previously, as a Safety and Risk Technician for the City of Kingman, I conducted regular safety assessments of municipal facilities and job sites, supported department heads on safety policy, and investigated workplace incidents to determine causes and recommend changes to prevent reoccurrence.

Earlier, at Oregon OSHA, I performed onsite forensic audits to confirm organizations followed state and federal occupational safety statutes and partnered with employers to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). I delivered clear explanations of complex safety regulations without unnecessary jargon, and I analyzed injury and illness logs to identify trends and provide technical guidance to improve workplace safety.
