In my commercial finance role, I managed P&L for international markets with annual revenues exceeding $100M+, partnering as a business leader for product and channel performance across major retailers. I lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting for multiple business units, aligning financial targets with operational plans and surfacing the key drivers leadership needs.

I build dynamic financial models to improve channel profitability—validating decisions on pricing, promotional spending, and new market entry to maximize ROI. I also optimize supply chain costs using Lean and VSM approaches (including Green Belt methodologies) to analyze and improve manufacturing and inventory processes.

Beyond performance, I’ve designed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliant internal control frameworks for multinational corporations, strengthening risk mitigation across financial and operational activities. I work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to turn financial insights into tangible outcomes for small to medium businesses, startups, and e-commerce/DTC brands.
