At Newrez, I administered IAM processes across enterprise applications, supporting identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.

I used SailPoint IdentityIQ to manage user identities, access attributes, account information, and entitlement data. I also created and maintained RBAC roles and access models aligned with job responsibilities and business requirements.

At Newrez, I automated application access workflows through ServiceNow and supported SSO access by managing and troubleshooting groups, memberships, and application access requirements.

Before focusing on IAM, I developed test automation frameworks with Qualitia at Newrez and used Azure DevOps to manage testing and defect work. At Caliber Home Loans, I supported business applications by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and documenting findings for escalations.
