At Bricks, I built an AI agent that lets customers ask questions about equipment and service data, then began extending it to create and update work orders, notes, and assignments. It runs on Amazon Bedrock and uses the app’s permission checks before taking action.
I also delivered document AI features using Bedrock and Textract, including invoice extraction, invoice filing against work orders, and turning scanned maintenance forms into checklists. I built work-order summarization with on-demand generation to keep LLM costs down.
I designed and executed a phased migration of Bricks’ production SaaS platform from DynamoDB to PostgreSQL while maintaining uninterrupted service. I also delivered a technician workflow for equipment data, inspections, notes, photos, and approval requests.
Through CodeCalculated, my independent consulting business, I delivered custom software across web, mobile, desktop, and IoT, including firmware and cloud software for connected devices. Earlier, I developed web and mobile applications, REST APIs, and custom .NET solutions at Red Hawk Technologies and other software companies.
