What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a student- or community-facing administrative role where I can manage front-office operations, scheduling, correspondence, and data support—while delivering bilingual, detail-focused service and helping coordinate programs.

I’m an administrative professional-in-training with dual AA degrees from MiraCosta College, building hands-on experience in front office operations, scheduling, data management, and customer service. I communicate confidently in English and Spanish, with beginner ASL skills, and I’m familiar with Google Workspace and Canva.

As a Student Advocate, I managed multi-line phone calls, maintained spreadsheets, and facilitated Zoom meetings and interviews. I also coordinated the STREAM Festival, a STEM education event for children averaging 500 attendees, and supported student-facing programs across multiple departments, including the Volunteer Center and Service Learning office, plus campus food pantry inventory and direct customer service. Before that, I volunteered with Operation HOPE—collaborating to distribute and inspect donated clothing and directing community members to the right resources.
