At Softylines, I worked mainly on backend systems across production platforms, including TAM, a B2B task management product sold to 10+ companies. I built its microservices backend and Kafka-based notification system, with consumers that could scale throughput horizontally.
On TAM, I used Sentry to trace a slow function and database query, reducing the query from about 2 seconds to about 100 milliseconds. I also ran k6 stress tests that surfaced performance problems, including a race condition in update queries.
For IECD, I designed and built an internal framework that let one e-learning platform support different education systems, including Tunisia and France. It serves thousands of students; I also refactored the architecture to use a single database and replaced Mongoose with a custom ORM.
My first production project was Zinki, where I built and maintained a serverless backend pipeline on AWS and integrated existing OCR models. I’ve also worked on Ostedhy and internal Odoo customization, and I use Claude daily in my development work.
