What I'm looking for

I'm looking for laboratory, quality, food-safety, or public-health work where I can apply microbiological analysis, sample traceability, audits, and regulatory compliance. I'm available to relocate and travel nationally or internationally.

I've supported food research at IATA/CSIC through microbiological analysis, molecular biology assays, sample processing, traceability, and quality and biosafety protocols.

At Spain's Ministry of Health and the Conselleria de Sanitat, I led external health services and carried out official controls of imported goods, slaughterhouse inspections, sampling, technical reporting, and coordination with customs, laboratories, and health authorities. I've also worked as an Official Veterinarian for Eville & Jones in the UK and Denmark, applying public-health, food-safety, hygiene, animal-welfare, and post-mortem inspection regulations.

At Arla Foods, I implemented and developed the Arlagården® quality programme, coordinating improvement projects and audits across milk quality, food safety, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.
